GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

Non-operating days

• Tours do not operate on Christmas Day (25th December).

Cancellations

• Cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to departure will receive a full refund/credit.
• Cancellations between 12 and 24 hours of departure will be charged at 50%.
• Cancellations within 12 hours of departure or 'no-shows' will be charged in full.

Schedules

• The Company will make every possible endeavour to maintain the schedules as advertised, however no responsibility or liability can be accepted for loss resulting from 'act of god' delays in, or cancellations of, the service.

Child Fares

• Child fare is for ages 5 - 14 years. Under 5 years are free of charge provided they are not occupying a separate seat.

Prices

• All prices are in New Zealand dollars and include 12.5% goods and services tax. Prices are valid from 01 October 2008 to 30 September 2009.

Notice

• The company reserves the right to make amendments to its timetables or prices without notice.

CONNEXIONS BOOKINGS

Tours operate both ways, and the fares are the same each way.

• Departures and setdowns at the local i-Site in Queenstown, Wanaka, Cromwell and Invercargill and at the railway station in Dunedin.
• Airport pick up on request.
• GST included in all fares
• No operation on Christmas day

Travel conditions

• Prepaid bookings are confirmed, unpaid bookings are subject to availability
• Fare includes standard baggage. Excess baggage or sports equipment will incur an additional cost of $10 per item and is subject to space availability. This must be advised at the time of booking.
• Please be ready 15 minutes prior to scheduled departure time.
• The company makes every endeavour to maintain services as per the timetable, however no liability is accepted for delays in travelling
• The company reserves the right to amend services, timetables and rates at any time

Child Fares

• Children up to 14 years old are eligible for a 50% adult sector fare
• Infants travelling while safely sharing an adult seat will be at no charge
• We do not provide children's vehicle seats, please advise a time of booking if you are bringing a child's seat

Cancellation charges

• Cancellation more than 24 hours out is no charge
• Cancellation 4-24 hours 50% refund
• Cancellation under 4 hours no refund
